22 lenses depicting eye diseases in a blue lined wooden case.

An open rectangular case lined with blue fabric contains a collection of circular illustrated slides arranged in two compartments. Several additional slides are placed in a row in front of the case, each showing detailed colored diagrams resembling biological or microscopic structures. Beside the case is a small black viewing device mounted on a short stand, featuring a circular dial with measurement markings. The objects are displayed against a light background.
