Scissor-shaped with crossbar and nut at the top. Metal with ivory insulating plates.
A metal medical instrument with a long shaft and scissor-style finger rings is shown against a light background. Near the finger rings is a threaded adjustment screw used to control the opening and closing of the instrument. The opposite end has two flat, rounded blades made of a light-colored material, attached to the metal shaft. The instrument shows a combination of polished metal and pale handles or blades with small rivets.
