A metal medical instrument with long shafts, finger rings, and a rubber bulb is shown against a light background. The device has scissor-style finger loops near the center and a squeeze bulb attached at one end through a short metal connector. Along the shaft are small circular plates and adjustment components. At the opposite end is a circular ring-shaped tip. The instrument’s metal surface is reflective and shows signs of wear.
