The black and white aerial photograph depicts an airfield with two long intersecting runways forming an X-shaped layout. Several buildings and paved areas are located near the center of the runways. The surrounding landscape is farmland divided into rectangular plots, with scattered houses and clusters of trees. A diagonal road and a rail line run along the right side of the image. The handwritten number “8226-363” is visible in the top right corner, and printed text at the bottom right reads: “FAIRCHILD AERIAL SURVEYS INC. N.Y.C.”
