The black and white aerial photograph shows farmland divided into rectangular plots across much of the scene. Toward the right side, residential neighborhoods are arranged in a grid with houses and tree-lined streets. Multiple rail lines run vertically through the center-right, with branching tracks and a large yard area. An industrial complex with large white structures and open grounds is visible near the top right. A stadium or oval-shaped field with stands is located near the lower center. Roads intersect diagonally and horizontally across the fields. The handwritten number “8226-351” appears at the top right, and printed text at the bottom right reads: “FAIRCHILD AERIAL SURVEYS INC. N.Y.C.”
