This black-and-white aerial photograph captures a residential district laid out in a tightly packed street grid in the upper portion of the image. The area is dominated by rows of small houses, with diagonal streets cutting through the otherwise rectangular pattern. To the east (right side), the landscape transitions into more open land with curved roads, scattered houses, and larger plots. The southern half of the image shows open fields and partially developed land, including some roadways under construction. At the top right, a faint rectangular field or recreational area is visible. The image is labeled 8226-218 in the upper right corner, with “Fairchild Aerial Surveys Inc. N.Y.C.” noted in the lower right.
