This black-and-white aerial photograph depicts an area transitioning from farmland to residential development. At the top and right portions, streets form a grid with houses scattered along them, though many blocks remain only partially built. The lower and left portions are dominated by open fields and undeveloped land, with faint road outlines extending into the farmland. Several cleared lots and construction areas are visible, particularly in the center and bottom right, where a pond and excavation site are present. The label “Fairchild Aerial Surveys Inc. N.Y.C.” is printed in the lower right corner, and the number “8226-253” is written in the upper right.
