A large group of workers and supervisors are assembled at a construction site. The structure behind them appears to be partially completed, with wooden framing, scaffolding, and construction tools visible. Many individuals are standing or sitting on the building and surrounding scaffolds, while others stand on the ground in front. Most are wearing work clothes, including overalls, hats, and boots, and a few individuals in the front are dressed in formal suits and coats. The area around the site is unpaved, with dirt and scattered materials visible.
