Description

This picture is of the Africans who were part of the "Darkest Africa" exhibit which was a recreation of an African village. There is an unidentified Caucasian male in the middle of the photograph.
A group of people posed outdoors in front of wooden structures with elevated platforms and railings. The central figure is seated in a chair, surrounded by others standing and sitting, some holding spears or tools. Several large tusks and objects are arranged on the ground in the foreground.
