Description
Former Clement Mansion at 786 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, New York was donated in 1941 by Mrs. Stephen M. Clement to serve as the headquarters for the Buffalo Chapter of the American Red Cross. It was designed by architect Edward B. Green in 1912 at a cost of $300,000.
