Description
Dedication plaque and speech of Dr. Albert G. Butzer in commemoration of the deeding of the Clement Mansion by Stephen Merrell Clements' widow Carolyn Tripp Clement in June 1941 to the Buffalo Chapter of the Red Cross to serve as their chapter headquarters. It was designed by architect Edward B. Green in 1912 at a cost of $300,000.
