Description
Two handmade signs are displayed in front of a house with white siding and a window. The top sign reads, "Politicians Solution to the Pollution, Give 'em Food Stamps!!" in brown paint. The bottom sign reads, "WELCOME TO RAINBOW CITY Come see our Multi-color TOXIC CHEMICALS," with "RAINBOW CITY" and "TOXIC CHEMICALS" painted in various colors. A drawing of a skull and crossbones with rainbow-colored bones and the text "I ♥ NY" is also present.
