Description
A crowd of Love Canal demonstrators, including both adults and children, walks along a sidewalk outside the City Hall of Niagara Falls, New York., October 1978. Many hold handmade protest signs with messages that cannot be completely seen. One sign says "ANYONE ON DEATH ROW WANT TO TRADE HOMES?" The group is bundled in fall clothing, and the scene is set in a tree-lined area near the classical columned City Hall of Niagara Falls, New York courthouse.
