Description
A chain-link fence encloses an area at the intersection of 99th Street and Colvin Boulevard. Attached to the fence is a sign that reads: “ADMITTANCE BY PERMIT ONLY. VISITORS APPLY 9826 COLVIN BLVD. OFFICE OF LOVE CANAL TASK FORCE.” A black-and-white striped barricade is also present, and a car is visible on the road outside the fence. The area behind the fence is grassy and slightly overgrown.
