Description
A line of individuals, including adults and children, walk along a paved city street in a protest march. Several carry hand-made signs with messages such as “RESPIRATORY PROBLEMS ARE NOT ENOUGH” and “STATE HEALTH DEPT. REJECTS.” They are dressed for cool weather, with coats and hats. In the background is a tall apartment or office building, some mid-rise structures, and an open lot. The group walks in single file, suggesting a peaceful demonstration.
