Blue earthenware Nelson's type inhaler. Directions for use are printed on the back.
A small earthenware inhaler with a rounded, bulb-shaped body and narrow neck is shown against a plain background. The ceramic surface has a light gray and white marbled pattern resembling stone. A short side spout extends from the upper portion of the vessel, while the top opening forms the mouth of the inhaler. A printed label on the front reads “Improved Earthenware Inhaler, Manufactured by S. Maw & Thompson, London,” identifying the maker and type of device.
