Six glass cups and brass mechanical scarificator in a wooden box with brass corners and hinges lined in blue velvet.
An open wooden case lined with dark blue velvet displays a cupping therapy set. Inside are seven clear glass cups of varying sizes arranged in fitted compartments. A wooden-handled torch wrapped with white material lies across the center, used to create suction by heating the air in the cups. A small rectangular metal container sits in one corner of the case. The case has brass fittings and a central latch on the front.
