Description
Lithotomy is the surgical removal of stone(s) from the urinary tract
Used for lithotomy and other medical purposes
Steel forceps with white smithing, acorn motif on ring of handles, cut work along sides.
A long metal surgical instrument with scissor-like handles and a slender, curved shaft is shown against a plain background. The handles form large looped grips and include small screw mechanisms that allow the tension to be adjusted. The shaft extends forward and curves gently toward the tip, which appears narrow and slightly textured for gripping. The darkened metal surface shows patina and wear consistent with age.
