Title
Jaipur palace facade
Description
Built by a Muslim Rajah of Jaipur state [a former principality in India], this well-known palace was intended to allow each wife, consort or other important woman of the court an opportunity to watch public events without themselves being viewed. As can be seen, the building is largely a facade.
