Van der Weyden in Brussels

Many little (and quite large) bronze statues litter the city of Belgium, calling attention to the artists and their many, varied muses. Off of a main square, a statue of Renaissance painter Rogier van der Weyden marveling at Jesus and Mary captivates tourists as they look upon the artist's chief inspiration.
