Title
Glancing upwards at Hassan Tower, Rabat
Description
Hassan Tower in Rabat only reached 140 feet before its contruction was abandoned. The tower, as well as its barely-started columns, create an eerie monument to the dreams of 12th-century ruler Yacub al-Mansour.
