The right half of the image highlights an intricate street grid intersected with sweeping curved roads and triangular blocks. In the center right, a triangular open space with a large institutional or school building is visible. On the left side of the image, a large open park is visible with tree-lined areas, a circular landscaped feature, and multiple sports fields, including baseball diamonds. Residential neighborhoods surround the park, with a mix of rectilinear and curved block patterns. At the top right, the number 8226-225 is inscribed, and the bottom right corner notes Fairchild Aerial Surveys Inc. N.Y.C..
